Understand how booking confirmation, payment stages, project changes and cancellation work when engaging CHROME Event Empire.
Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed when the booking requirement stated in the quotation has been fulfilled. A quotation, discussion or temporary soft-lock is part of the enquiry process and does not by itself confirm a booking.
Deposit & Balance Payment
For bookings made one month or more before the event, the standard structure is normally a 50% deposit followed by the remaining 50% three days before setup. For bookings made less than one month before the event, full payment is normally required upon confirmation unless another approved term is stated in the quotation.
Payment Methods
Use the approved payment method stated in the quotation or invoice. When requested, share the payment reference so the transaction can be identified and the booking status updated.
LO, PO & Credit Terms
Projects using a Letter of Offer, Purchase Order or approved credit arrangement follow the commercial structure stated in the relevant quotation. These arrangements may differ from standard cash bookings.
Full Payment
Clients may complete payment earlier when preferred. Any discount or special payment arrangement applies only when it is specifically stated in the quotation.
Changes After Confirmation
Changes to the event date, venue, duration, equipment scope, manpower, rehearsal or access conditions may require the production plan and quotation to be updated.
Cancellation
Cancellation conditions are project-specific and should be read from the confirmed quotation or invoice. If an event is no longer proceeding, inform CHROME as early as possible so committed resources and project preparation can be reviewed.
Payment Planning Tip
When comparing quotations, consider the complete event requirement rather than equipment price alone. Setup timing, transport, crew, operating duration, technical support and rehearsal can materially affect the final production cost.
