How do I request a quotation?

Submit the CHROME RFQ form with your event date, venue, expected audience size and required services. The more complete the information, the easier it is to prepare a relevant proposal.

Can I request only one service?

Yes. CHROME can support focused requirements such as PA System, lighting, gimmick launching, special effects or other selected production services.

Can CHROME handle multiple production requirements together?

Yes. Where required, CHROME can coordinate multiple confirmed production components under one project scope.

Do you provide fixed packages?

Selected services may have standard configurations, but many corporate and production projects are quoted according to actual requirements, venue conditions and logistics.

Is rehearsal included?

Rehearsal depends on the selected scope and quotation. Where additional rehearsal time, an earlier setup day or additional manpower is required, additional charges may apply.

Can equipment be reserved before payment?

Availability is subject to the booking and soft-lock terms stated in the quotation. A soft-lock does not replace booking confirmation.

Do you support last-minute events?

Urgent projects may be considered subject to equipment, crew, transport and production availability.

Are transport charges included?

This depends on the quotation. Transportation and logistics may be included or stated separately depending on location and production scope.

Can CHROME support events outside the primary coverage area?

Yes, depending on project scale, logistics and team availability.
